We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with ACON’s Pride in Diversity, Australia’s national not-for-profit employer support program for LGBTQ workplace inclusion.
Together, we lovingly present Pride Pathways — a powerful talent development program that nurtures and enriches Australia’s brilliant LGBTQ+ professionals.
Pride Pathways: LGBTQ+ Talent Development Training
Pride Pathways empowers Australia’s LGBTQ+ professionals and the progressive brands who support them.
Pride Pathways: Future LGBTQ+ Leaders is a comprehensive talent development training program, specifically designed to prepare early and mid-career LGBTQ+ people for leadership.
The core mission of Pride Pathways is two-fold:
Contribute to the career advancement of high-potential LGBTQ+ employees. Pride Pathways helps these bold future leaders unlock their full potential — seeing their individual queer identity as the source of strength it truly is.
Foster organizational environments that champion growth, progression, and diversity. The program greatly benefits and enhances the working environment of progressive organisations. Pride Pathways installs the framework for a pipeline of future diverse leaders through ongoing growth and development.
The Program: What Pride Pathways Offers Your Brand and Its Talent
Pride in Diversity and Authentic Leaders share a similar vision for true LGBTQ+ workplace empowerment. This vision involves support and care for boldly progressive organisations, as well as the dynamic future queer leaders in their midst.
Here’s what you can expect when working with Pride Pathways:
5 monthly online leadership retreats with experiential activities, group coaching and triad breakout discussions.
2 individual deep coaching sessions over 6 months.
Senior manager LGBTQ+ sponsorship training.
Support to develop internal sponsorship pathways.
Access to 2 exclusive in-person LGBTQ+ Trailblazer events.
Additional in-person networking opportunities
Graduation event.
This 5-month program includes an estimated time commitment of 10-12 hours per month for its participants.
